About Me
Worship Leader/Songwiriter for Living Witness Ministries in Flint, Michigan. I didn’t get saved until I reached the age of 28 in 1995 while in the United States Navy. The only music scene I was invoved in before that was in the late ‘80’s. You know the big and long hair!! I was still unsaved and playing secular music in the midwest region. I never had a clue that God would call me to serve his body as a worship leader.
Since my rebirth, I started leading worship back in 1999, and shortly after that I met my wife Sarah and we were married in the late fall of 2000. In the fall of 2001 our Pastor resigned and I did not know what to do. I thought my ministry was over because I did not have any credentials. God knew what he was doing though, we stll went back to the church during the first service under the new Pastor. When he greated us he asked what we did at the church before. My wife told him that she was a Sunday school teacher and I said I lead worship. He looked at me and said "I don’t want to do everything." So the door that seemed like it was closing was slammed back in the devil’s face. Praise God!
So I serve the Lord and His body at the local church as a worship leader, I am happily married with two kids, one boy and one girl, and last but not least I am saved, sactified and filled with the Holy Spirit!!! Visit us at Living Witness Ministries.
My Songs
I had this melody & progression running around in my spirit for weeks so I wrote the first verse and chorus and then a while later while recording another song with my keyboard/piano player he started to play the very same progression. It was like we were in the same vain of the Holy Spirit all the way. Well I started to sing what I already had and a week or so later he had the second verse and then while on a trip to Kentucky to a camp meeting my wife (Sarah) wrote the tag at the end. The rest is history and we at Living Witness Ministries hope you love the song as much as we do.
