About Me
I’m the Director of Worship Development for Sovereign GraceMinistries, a family of 70+ churches led by C.J. Mahaney. My responsibilities include equipping pastors and musicians in the theology and practice ofcongregational worship, and contributing to Sovereign Grace CDs. I wrote and arranged for the group GLAD from 1976-2006, and serve as one of theworship leaders at Covenant Life Church, in Gaithersburg, MD, led by JoshHarris. My first book, Worship Matters: Leading Others to Encounter theGreatness of God will be released byCrossway in April, 2008. My beautiful wife, Julie, and I have six children and five grandchildren, with more on the way.
